Answering the phone
Responding quickly and efficiently to client queries
Providing administration support to the Managing Director, Branch Manager and Consultants - including CV formatting, job advertising, sending out mail shots etc
Asking open questions to learn as much as possible about JKR
Searching for new business opportunities
KPI reporting to Branch Manager

Recruitment Administrator Requirements:
Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages

Strong English skills - written and verbal
