Inside Sales Manager
Location: Ascot
Salary: GBP42,000 + OTE (GBP18,000 realistic)
Additional responsibilities for the Inside Sales Manager include setting KPI s, tracking sales, producing management reports and forecasting to the Head of Sales.
In this role you will engage with teams split by market segment including Healthcare, Corporate Enterprise, Security & Defence and Creative. The team is a mixture of office and field based sales people with this role directly managing the office based members.
You will be self-motivated and tenacious, working to achieve defined target metrics and supporting sales pipeline in line with the overall aims and objectives of the Company.
Working as part of a Sales & Marketing structure where you will report to the Head of Sales, you ll thrive in an environment of clear, continuous communication and collaboration and be able to successfully manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities
Manage the work of inside sales team to ensure continued profitable growth
Coach, train and develop team
Evaluate and monitor sales account managers performance using targets and KPI s
Motivate team of inside account managers and promote positive, proactive culture
Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
Prepare regular internal reports including stock, backorders and performance
Use all available data and reports to ensure all orders are processed and shipped in the quickest possible time and customers are always kept informed
Use customer feedback to generate ideas and feedback market trends about new feature or product requirements
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
Build an open-communication culture inside your team
Skills and Experience
Understanding of channel and/or indirect sales
In-depth understanding of sales processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven coaching, mentoring and team management skills to enable your team to excel in their roles
Business level language skills and understanding of IT equipment end user demands, able to converse confidently via telephone, face to face and via email
Demonstrates a customer first approach and is proactive in resolving any challenge that they are faced with
Can influence at all levels and builds credible external networks
High attention to detail and level of accuracy
A creative thinker with the ability to work in an agile and disruptive environment
Works well under pressure, able to make good judgements and decisions
