Tropicana Brands Group (TBG) is a recently formed joint venture between leading private equity firm PAI Partners and one of the world largest food and beverages companies, PepsiCo. TBG is home to the world's most iconic juice brands (Tropicana, Naked, Copella etc.), reaching millions of consumers a day around the world.

The role & core accountabilities:
  • Responsible for daily operation, administration and execution of the AOP, to deliver the annual sales revenue plan, delivering against external JBPs
  • Responsible for the delivery of in-store execution standards of distribution, display and promotion as defined in the UK annual marketing calendar, operating plan and customer JBP
  • Manage the core trading relationship and wiring plan with full responsibility for current Away From Home accounts
  • Build and deliver a pipeline of new business to accelerate Tropicana distribution and penetration in the Away From Home market
  • Manage the account internal and external data and systems eg forecasting, promotional planning, performance tracking, account reporting, promotional submissions, EPOS tracking, etc
  • Own the internal account collaboration across category, finance, shopper marketing, merchandising, eComm & supply chain to maximise performance through World Class Customer Engagement
  • Deliver the execution of marketing programmes, NPD and base initiatives, in line with internal expectations
  • Analyse trade investment and build recommendation to maximise ROI and efficiency
