Assistant Store Manager wanted by very well established fashion/footwear retailer based in Kingston Upon Thames.
My client is a very well established retailer, who has been offering great product and great service for over 50 years. As well as a retail business that is established across the UK, they have a thriving eCommerce site which enables them to offer a total service to their customers.
They are now looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Manager in their Kingston store. This is a small, friendly boutique with lots of loyal customers. The successful candidate will be:
Desired Requirements
Footwear/fashion/retail experience
Computer literate and knowledge of word, Excel using outlook
Ambitious, passionate, courageous, and can deliver results whilst working as a team
An inspirational brand ambassador that leads from the front.
Positive and adaptable approach to problem solving
Key elements of the role are:
Ability to lead, encourage and develop teams to be high performing
Good organisation ability and forward planning.
Understands the importance of delivery great customer service
Strong commercial acumen and merchandising awareness
Good understanding of P & L and budgeted financial KPIs
Proven record of delivering sales and is motivated to work to targets and deadlines
