The role will support all business areas across Santander UK, so it will give you wide exposure to HR requirements throughout the bank.

If you are keen to develop experience in end-to-end HR case management support, as well as gaining experience of working within a project team, using data to drive our strategic objectives, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

The difference you'll make.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including AoEs, business leads and HRBP's
  • Coaching and influencing line managers, ensuring compliance with HR Policy and procedures
  • Providing a seamless end to end case management service for the customer
  • Sharing knowledge by buddying with other team members to deal with end to end case management of complex cases within agreed SLA's
  • Keeping up to date on both Employment Law and changes to legislation and sharing own knowledge with peers

What you'll bring.

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with high volumes, and applying pragmatism to generate tailored solutions for a range of challenges.
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management at a senior level.
  • It would also be nice for you to have.
  • A proven track record of using initiative, and data analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Experience of change management, and project work.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and the business to develop solutions fit for purpose.
  • A broad understanding of HR processes and practices

What else you need to know.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position and can be based at either of our Milton Keynes or Leicester head office.

How we'll reward you.
