Dispatch Manager

This role is working for a IT Services company who offer a fast paced exciting environment and the chance for huge career growth. They are a friendly organisation and are now focused on finding a Dispatch Manager to join the team.

Please note you need to drive with your own car for this role as they are hard to get to on public transport.

As a Dispatch Manager you will:

• Action and raise any shipping issues that could impact the client with our Service Desk Team.
• Proactively chase orders that require shipping with the configuration Manager/Teams
• Oversee the Exports Team
• Liaising with courier services
• Check transport consignments
• Management reporting across multiple service lines
• Liaising directly with Service Desk and key management via email, teams meetings, and telephone
• Understand inhouse systems

The Person:

• You need to be happy working in a fast paced environment
• Have previous dispatch/ warehouse manager experience
• Be friendly and able to lead a team
• Organised
• Good communication skills
• A driver with their own vehicle
