Role - Production Manager - Electro-Mechanical Machinery
Location - Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary - GBP40,000 to GBP45,000
Due to a company restructure, we are looking for a highly skilled Production Manager to join a Global Leading and long standing successful Manufacturing business in Haverhill, Suffolk.
With over 150 years of Manufacturing experience and now specialists within their field, we are looking for Manufacturing / Production specialist who have experience of the following.
- Experience of managing entire Production activities and product manufacturing operation on a day-to-day basis
- Supporting a culture of lean, lead the education, training and the involvement of others in lean, facilitate improvement events and activities, react to and support continuous improvement ideas quickly from the Production team
- Manage the diagnosis of technical issues and machine failures and put preventative learnings in place
- Working knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Machinery for medium production volumes
