Job Description:

  • Understands the order journey of telecom and associated data points like customer data, order data, asset data, billing data, etc.
  • Able to communicate with business users to understand, document, and translate their requirements into an effective solution
  • The person should be able to do data analysis and formulate cohort rules.
  • Should have hands-on SQL/advanced excel to do analysis for cohort rule.
  • Experience working in the Telecommunications & should have strong OSS & BSS knowledge.
  • Should have knowledge of eTOM.
  • Good analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform validation, verification, and correction, wherever applicable, of artifacts of the system.
  • Ability to perform data analysis, triaging of issues, and follow-up with relevant teams for resolution
