Hydro-Cleansing Ltd (HCL) is a leading provider of Environmental Services in London and the South East, offering a fast, responsive and highly effective service including CCTV drainage inspection and surveying, drain and sewer maintenance, waste management, confined space and emergency response.

If you are keen and willing to learn how to run and operate our complex waste recycling yard, then the answer is yes!
What will your role as a Yard Manager look like?
Managing the operations of the yard and all personnel
Ensuring yard personnel adhere to HCL policies on timekeeping, sickness reporting and any other relevant procedures
Effective and efficient utilisation of all 10-yard personnel and equipment
Ensuring all equipment is clean and in working order at all times
Undertaking light maintenance of machinery, reporting defects to the Operations Director in a timely manner
Ensuring yard personnel and visitors are compliant with HSE requirements
Providing and maintaining full written weekly reports as required under current legislation
Responsible for the tidiness of the site at all times
Liaising with HR on any disciplinary, performance or recruitment issues
Willing to sit for WAMITAB professional qualification
The position reports functionally to the Operations Director
