We re part of the Salutem family and as such Salutem are committed to making a positive impact on our lives and thousands of children and adults in England and Wales across other residential homes, Supported living services, schools and day centres.
Our home is called The Old Orchard and we live in a picturesque 5-bedroom bungalow situated in the village of Radcliffe-on-Trent, near the River Trent. We need people who can supports adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities with associated sensory needs in our tranquil surroundings. We all live our own life and have our own routines and structures that enables us to feel safe and achieve our full potential
Our home has five, fully accessible bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a communal lounge.Our home is colourful and our shared space is always full of energy and great essence of care flows through the home. We have a large garden with two ponds.
We are fortunate to have a large summer house with electricity and heating, which means we can use this all year round. The local area also has lots of lovely countryside to explore and small shops, cafes and pubs to socialise in and not too far from the home, which we like to go to as often as we like as well as many other great places. .

Support Workers at Salutem support people to overcome any personal challenges each day so they can achieve outstanding outcomes. Individuals in our Salutem family may have disabilities or require complex care, but that doesn t stop them from having fun, laughing hard and loving life and achieving lifelong goals.
Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too.
In regards to benefits, at Salutem, any day can be a payday. That s right, you can withdraw up to 30% of your wages via Wagestream, so if you need some cash, we ve got you covered.
As a keyworker in the Care sector, you ll hold a valued role in society.
