- Talking to customers over the phone, discussing products and services available - no cold calling
- Building strong rapport with customers
- Updating relevant databases
- Confidently identifying customer needs and positioning relevant products and services
- Producing quotes
- Closing sales
- Working to pre-agreed individual targets
Sales Advisor - Skills & Experience Required
- Previous customer service experience
- Performance driven, keen to learn and develop
- Confident telephone manner & ability to build rapport with customers
- A natural influencer, confident to talking to people at all levels
