Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a Collections Advisor working within Collections department of our well-established client within the lettings industry, based in a beautiful Georgian building in Chester City Centre.

This is great opportunity for a personable professional to join an ever growing and welcoming team within a small friendly office culture - the whole team consists of 12 people.

This role would suit a confident and driven individual, someone with previous collections/credit control experience would thrive in this environment.

Working within the Legal Recoveries team your day will be varied with tasks to work towards a common goal of debt recovery including letter writing, case handling and calling various contacts to advise the business of current cases you are working on.

Salary: up to GBP22,000 p/a

Key responsibilities include:

Day-to-day handling of individual cases
Following clear and efficient processes to enable cases to be handled
Creation and updating on action plans to recover debt
Responding to emails, phone calls
Outgoing phone call and emails to debtors
Constructing and typing letters
Working towards recovering DebtKey skills include:

Experience of working in an admin or customer service background
Some Legal knowledge/Land registry knowledge is desirable but not essential
Confident at using Microsoft Excel
Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Teams
Self-motivated and proactive team player
