Charity Manager
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
Location: Hull
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced charity manager who has a passion for improving services and a person looking for a challenging and exciting role.
You will be working closely with senior management across the trust and work with local businesses to help and support their services. You will be providing leadership and direction to internal teams as well as ensuring all communication is kept to a high standard. This role will offer exciting new daily challenges; you will never get bored!

Your duties:
Engaging with staff across the trust, helping to build their knowledge of charity
Develop key relationships with key individuals across the trust which is mainly in the public and voluntary sector
Working with other charities which provide funding and resources
Act as a lead spokesperson for the trust
Work closely with the head of the fundraising foundation
Build and encourage team working relationships
Support the internal team with training and development
Attend team meetings
13-month fixed term contract
Full time working hours 37.5 hours per week
Candidate:
You must have an understanding working with public sectors and local charities
A leader of people and the ability to maximise teams
Experience managing projects
Passionate about improving lives and experiences
Experience of fundraising
Bid writing skills and experience raising fundraising
Be a confident and effective communicator
Full clean driving licence
