Job Title Team Leader
GBP11.10ph. NN17 1QE, Monday to Friday day shift only, Training, Parking, Permanent
Job Role Due to continued success the need has arisen to strengthen the leadership function for a busy packing department. We are looking to recruit a hands on experienced Team Leader, you will support daily the department supervisor, and lead a team to achieve daily targets.
Daily motivating, leading and advising department operators
Making sure all work stations are covered at all times
Covering all job roles within the department as when required, including line packing, covering Supervisor's duties in their absence
Inducting and training new permanent employees and seasonal peak temporary workers
Providing continuous training to current work force, making sure that all relevant H&S and Food Hygiene standards are being adhered to at all times
Completing all paperwork and reports as required for the department
Requirements We would expect the successful Team Leader to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of a food or beverage manufacturing environment. Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, communicate well with other, and enjoy working in a hands on role. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within a Line Leader, Supervisor, Section Leader, Lead Hand, Charge Hand or relief Team Leader role previously.

GBP11.10ph paid monthly Regular enhanced pay overtime during peak season
