Job Title: Project Administrator
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
Location: West Malling

Great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company with a passion for delivering excellent customer service! This is a Temp to Perm role, giving you the chance to settle in and really prove yourself.
Duties include:
Managing and monitoring approval requests
Building fantastic customer relationships and loyalty.
Efficiently keeping all your sales related admin up to date and using the CRM system accurately.
Working to agreed goals and targets, using the full range of reporting tools to track your performance and achieve your aims.
Gather and process information from multiple sources
Maintain efficient communication with the project team
Analyse and share information in a timely and simple manner
The successful candidate will have:
A confident, proactive, and resilient personality.
Fab written and verbal communication and relationship building skills.
Strong administration skills
Good knowledge of excel
Desire to learn new skills
Experience using CRM systems.
The desire to go the extra mile for your customers wherever possible.Be part of an organisation dedicated to internal growth and progression, with great staff retention and a really positive culture.
