SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Commercial CAT A/CAT B Fit Out
Location: Maidstone, Kent.
Office based with occassional site visits in London
Salary: Up to GBP85,000 Per Annum + Package
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized construction company based on the outskirts of Maidstone. They have grown from strngth to strength in the last few years and are soon moving into new offices due to the companies expansion. They specialise in Fit Out & Refurbishments including CAT A and CAT B. With a Client base covering Education, Health, Commercial and Residential.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties & Responsibilities:
Existing projects include at CAT A & CAT B Fit Out i the City of London for a Commercial Client with a project value around the GBP1m mark.
Project values range from GBP500,000 up to GBP10m
Cost Management for existing and new projects
Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
Preparing tender and contract documents
Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
Assigning work to subcontractors
Senior Quantity Surveyor Experience and Skills:
5+ Years post qualified industry experience within Construction/Fit Out
Qualified to Degree Level in Quantity Surveying
Ideally CIOB Status
Full UK Drivers Licence
Commercially aware and an eye for detail
Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary & Package
Up to GBP85,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance
Furhter Training & Career Progression Opportunities within the company as it grows
