An exciting new opportunity has come up working with one of the leading civil engineering consultants, who cover multiple construction sectors throughout the UK. They are currently looking to appoint a new Senior Sustainability Consultant to join a growing, well-established team. The organisation is focused on working towards a sustainable future through innovative and sustainable construction.

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will join a fantastic organisation who support hybrid working and equal opportunities, where the focus is on developing and training staff to realise their full potential.
You will:
Deliver BREEAM assessments through site inspections for Sustainability Assessments.
Conduct Sustainability and Energy Statements for planning applications.
Lead (depending on experience) in the analysis of Net Zero Reduction Strategies, ESG reports, Corporate Sustainability Strategies and Carbon Management.
Communicate with clients and contractors about on-going projects, including working with other BREEAM assessors to combat issues within your project.
Represent the organisation and contribute to the growth of the team by attending team meetings and working collaboratively with colleagues in your office.
To be successful within this role you will need
Previous experience of BREEAM.
Experience in passive design, energy modelling and other assessment methodologies, such as LEED is desirable.
A passion for sustainability.
Knowledge of sustainable building design, renewables and low carbon technology.
