My client's team is growing and are looking to recruit a driven and eager Systems Support.
They are looking for candidates with knowledge and a passion for IT, with previous experience in IT Support, who is hard working, driven and has the 'hunger' to learn and develop. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical support to all IT System users. You will work alongside the Business Transformation Team to apply your knowledge of the IT Systems to the continued improvement of the business.
They are looking for someone who has the following:
Experience of working with helpdesk, users and identifying support needs in a busy IT environment.
Knowledge and ability to self-teach and pick up systems quickly, then apply that knowledge to improve the systems.
Ability to convey technical information in a non-technical way.
The ability to work with both our IT Trainer and Business Analyst to facilitate development of existing systems and rollout of new systems.
A positive attitude and the ability to respond to a variety of needs and work pressures created by demands of customers.Key Skills (not essential):
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Experience of Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of reporting technologies such as SSRS, PowerBI.
