Remarkable Jobs are currently working with an established global organisation, who are seeking a 'Desktop Support Technician' to join their centralised IT support desk.
In this 'Desktop Support Technician' role the successful candidate will be responsible for responding to 1st line requests on the service desk, whilst also providing 2 nd and 3 rd line support to troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets.
'Desktop Support Technician' Main Responsibilities:
Incident logging, resolution and restoring services within the agreed SLAs.
Provide 1st , 2nd and 3rd line support to the internal business systems.
Processing service requests and progressing them through to completion.
Track IT assets and administer the asset register.
To always provide excellent customer service.
Provide 1 st and 2 nd line support to remote incidents and service requests.
Key Skills and Qualifications for this 'Desktop Support Technician' role:
Possess an MCP, MCSA or MCSE certification.
Experience of working within an IT Support position.
Strong knowledge and experience with Office 365.
Knowledge and experience with ITIL.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Be able to work efficiently within a team.
