JOB TITLE: Administrator (HR Department)


SALARY: GBP21,000-GBP25,000 dependent on experience, plus eligibility for competitive company bonus

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm - flexible working options available for the right candidate

THE ROLE: As the Administrator, you will play a key part within the Human Resources team and have a people centric approach.

Providing an exceptional administration service, you will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the full employee journey. You will be passionate about providing an exceptional employee experience and have this at the forefront of all tasks.

Working closely with the wider HR team you'll make sure all practices comply with company strategies, statutory duties, and best practice.


Have ownership of the employee administration and coordination process
Provide administrative support to managers and employees
Create and compile the company newsletter
Assist with updating and reviewing policies and procedures
Liaise with payroll to ensure timely and accurate information is provided
Manage the HR calendar
Streamline, manage and be across personnel files, benefits and other programmes and systems
Maximise all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues THE CANDIDATE:

Previous experience of working in an administrative role
Ability to prioritise tasks accordingly in a fast-paced environment
Provide outstanding customer service
Continually seek personal and professional development
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional communications skills, both verbally and written, with exceptional attention to detail
Commercially aware
