Full-time, 37 hours per week Permanent GBP18,328 per annum

Can you provide excellent service and support to our IT customers? If so, the College's IT department is looking to appoint a Deskside Engineer.
The successful candidate will work in a small team which manages, installs and supports our portfolio of 2,400 desktops, laptops and Chromebooks. Providing efficient support using the appropriate tools will keep both students and staff working, making maximum use of the College's facilities.
In order to work in our busy department, it is essential that applicants are aware that they must have knowledge of Windows 10, and also experience of working in a Microsoft environment.
The position would be an ideal first or second job for a newly qualified engineer or graduate, or for applicants that have previous relevant experience.
In addition to your salary, you can expect an annual leave entitlement of 29 days for this role, plus Bank Holidays and additional College closure days over the festive period.
