My client is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead their succesful pub very near Bushey Station.
The Head Chef role is key to providing first class hospitality service, ensuring that company standards are maintained, financial targets are achieved and that customer expectations are met.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing a high performing and motivated small team.
Maintaining superb hygiene rating and excellent guest reviews of food
Responsible for the successful management of the kitchen.
Strong controls for labour, stock & financial planning are essential
To always exceed guest expectations and provide best in class hospitality to our guests.
Autonomy of menu - passion for food is a must
Ideally you will have:
Passion for fresh food hospitality
Proven experience in a busy pub or restaurant
Previous experience of budgets, stock control, ordering & team management.
Ability to manage a fast paced business where every day if different.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive 'Can Do' attitude and lead by example
Flexible with hours
Sense of humour
Want to work in a friendly environment
This venue is set on a pretty location with outside space.
