Job: Site Engineer
Location: Somerset
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP29,000k d.o.e
UK leading Materials Handling Company are seeking a Site Engineer to join their worldwide known brand working on Material Handling equipment. They are a highly progressive company providing exceptional manufacturers training and offering internal employees the opportunity to progress their career with development and additional training.
The ideal candidate will be from an FLT or Plant based background, but will consider HGV and Vehicle Technicians, and Powered Access Engineers.
This company offer a great package with an a competitive salary circa up to GBP28k, overtime at x1.5 hours, bonus scheme, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, discounts on brand products, company pension scheme + much more.
Job Profile:
To maintain, repair, service and modify the Company's range of Material Handling products
Working well in a team and working to tight deadlines
Reporting to the Site Manager
To achieve agreed targets
To know and understand how to use companies given systems and documentation
Using own initiative to complete work given
Be confident using Microsoft applicationsRequirements:
Will preferably have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in relevant Engineering, but will consider experience and time served
Experience within the FLT, Plant, Agricultural, Motor or Powered Access industry
Experience with at least one of the following; Gas and/or Diesel engines, Hydraulics and Electrics
A good attitude to work
Positive and self-driven work ethic
Good communication skillsBenefits:
