Hobson Prior are currently looking for a CRA Line Manager to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the UK. Our client is focused on hastening novelty for a healthier community.

Key Responsibilities:
For this role, you will handle the personnel rendering to the company's policies and applicable guidelines.
Contribute to the selection for hiring new employees by performing candidate evaluation and partaking in the interviewing procedure.
Guarantee that new employees are suitably onboarded and trained.
When suitable, you will offer oversight for the implementation of the training plan, SOP evaluation and training experiences.
To avoid or correct deficiencies in performance of personnel, you will recognise quality risks and problems, as well as produce suitable corrective activity plans.
You might cooperate with any other clinical teams and any other functional guidance to handle project linked challenges and to accomplish commendable client services.
Any other assigned duties.
Key Skills:
Social and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
An organised individual with the ability to work well in a team setting.
A high attention to detail and precision.
A positive outlook with the capacity to engage with all levels of the company.
Capable of handling priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines when needed.
Requirements:
Educated to a degree level.
Familiarity within a CRO or Pharma corporation.
Computer literacy in Excel, and ideally Peoplesoft.
Willing to work in an agile and challenging work setting.
The compensation package will be composed of competitive annual salary, car allowance, performance-based bonus of 10%, IT equipment and iHub benefits package.
