Commercial Property Solicitor
Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of a reputable Law firm based in Sheffield city centre. Our client does have a collaborative approach to their transactions, but also requires a lawyer who can work and run an independent caseload.
Daily duties will involve handling a broad range and varied caseload, advising general commercial property transactions as well as acting for agricultural and landowner clients on all their agricultural and commercial property needs. Candidates will be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and technically excellent. You will work closely with partners in the team who will assist in your continuing professional development.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years experience within Commercial Property. It would be advantageous if you also have agricultural experience. You must be able to deal with disputed commercial and property matters from start to finish maximising fees through efficiency. You will be a team player and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
