Accounting Technician and Accounts Assistant
TaxAssist Accountants provide friendly customer-orientated accountancy and tax services to a variety of small businesses throughout West Cumbria. Based in both Whitehaven and Workington we now have the need to recruit two further members of staff.
The roles will involve the following services for customers:
- Preparation of customer accounts and self-assessment tax returns
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Administration of payroll
For these roles you should:
- Have an interest in a career in accountancy
- Be working towards or have already obtained an AAT qualification
- Have excellent computer skills involving frequent use of Microsoft Office
- Have a friendly and outgoing manner
Salary will be commensurate with experience and will not be an issue for the right candidate.
