Trainer Assessor - Early Years / Teaching Assistant
Salary: £27,047 - £28,848 per annum
Location: Taunton Campus
We are seeking an exceptional Trainer Assessor to join our high performing, work-based learning early years/teaching assistant team based in Taunton, Somerset. This role provides an opportunity to be involved in exciting employer partnerships and join a team of friendly professionals who have quality at the heart of all that they do.
The ideal candidate will be future thinking, have strong industry experience, vocational knowledge and an enthusiastic and adaptable approach to delivering innovative education. To join our dedicated team, you will understand the current and future challenges in this sector and be confident in delivering a curriculum that prepares students for a career in supporting children in the classroom or early years setting. You will have a strong commitment to quality, be student focused and a team player.
Candidates must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in an early years or teaching assistant related discipline with classroom support experience. Knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and quality assuring vocational programmes will also be advantageous but training can be given for these aspects. The successful candidate will be a flexible, customer focussed proactive problem solver with a good working knowledge understanding of IT.
