Accelerated Enrollment Solutions (AES) is a business unit of PPD that helps biopharmaceutical companies overcome patient recruitment and research site challenges by optimizing each step in the patient journey to deliver greater speed, certainty, and control to clinical trial delivery.

AES is one of the largest clinical trial organisations in the world. We are looking for an exceptional networker to join us in Chorley, Lancashire as our Senior Clinical Relations Specialist. You will be playing a key role in engaging with health professionals and stakeholders across Chorleyand the local region to help us recruit participants for our clinical trials.

This is a home-based role which will involve travel 3/4 days a week, across your region.

Key responsibilities for a Senior Clinical Relations Specialist are as follows:

•Builds a strong network of medical partners (referring doctors, pharmacists, specialists, etc.) and increases the awareness of the organization and clinical trials.

•Gains access to doctors /practice patient files and obtains relevant information.

•Tracks and manages patient leads, including arranging for invoicing and payment.

•Influences and motivates targeted physicians to refers participants.

•Increases site delivery by contributing to overall randomization targets and working towards quarterly goals.

•Cultivates and maintains respectable relations with the community and promote clinical trials attend community events.

•Maintains knowledge of current enrolling studies, timelines for the studies and protocol requirements.

•Ensures an increase the database and actively contributes to initiatives and strategies to enroll potential participants onto the database.

•Ensures technology is utilized to fullest extent in recruitment strategies to secure on-time Enrollment.

•Arranges or attends clinical conferences and acts as representative and presenter to promote the organization at these events.

•May give guidance and mentor junior staff that is new in the role and/or Clinical Trials.

Qualifications:

•Good leadership skills, effective at mentoring and training and capable of motivating peers

•Experience working in the industry will be seen as an advantage

•Proactive and adaptable with great attention to detail

•Problem solver with ability to build relationships and influence others

•Strong planning, organization and time-management skills with ability to effectively prioritize workload
