We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of CPI Trainer to join our team here in Leicester.

Please note we can put candidates through the CPI (formally MAPPA) train the trainer course.

Contract: Full-Time, permanent contract.

Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per annum depending on experience

Please note a driving licence and your own car is needed for this role.

Strong knowledge of using PBS and of Trauma informed care.

Able to demonstrate legal and professional framework consistent with current national standards, restrain reduction network, & human rights.

Delivered physical intervention training
Train the trainer certificate

Key responsibilities:
To contribute to the delivery of our induction programme to new recruits including safeguarding, medication, autism and CPI

To deliver refresher training

To deliver CPI foundation and advanced and emergency courses across all our service
