Health and Social Care Trainer
We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of CPI Trainer to join our team here in Leicester.
Please note we can put candidates through the CPI (formally MAPPA) train the trainer course.
Contract: Full-Time, permanent contract.
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per annum depending on experience
Please note a driving licence and your own car is needed for this role.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Empathetic to people and kind
Good communication skills
A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
Key responsibilities:
To contribute to the delivery of our induction programme to new recruits including safeguarding, medication, autism and CPI
To deliver refresher training
To deliver CPI foundation and advanced and emergency courses across all our service
