Full Time (37 hours per week)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Data Manager to take responsibility for asset data quality; ensuring good quality and accurate information about bpha stock is collected and maintained. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity is maintained, and that data management systems and data collection methods are in place across the department and that information about the performance of our contractors is analysed, interpreted and presented, with clear definitions and ambitious targets.  

 

Further to this you will be responsibile for producing planned programmes of work that will ensure stock continues to meet the appropriate government standards and legislation for quality and energy efficiency. 

 

 

We’d love to meet someone with the experience below: 

• Highly numerate with an excellent practical knowledge of statistical techniques, data manipulation and reporting 

• Methodical, articulate, and inquisitive  

• A good working knowledge of MS office, Excel in particular, and other specialist software packages  

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels 

• Proven track record of managing a team; leading and motivating them to achieve their objectives and follow bpha’s values.  

• Knowledge and experience of asset management and property H&S requirements in social housing  

• Experience of programme planning and management
