Pay Rate and Hours:
GBP10.50 per hour
37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (no bank holidays)
Responsibilities:
Customer Logistics is a hard working, diverse, fast paced team who pride themselves on accuracy and customer service. We are looking for someone who can:
Accurately process all customer purchase orders
Advising part numbers, list prices and availability via phone and email
Dealing with customer enquiries regarding delivery dates Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
Computer literate in Microsoft packages, (SAP would be an advantage)
Strong customer service skills and rapport building
A team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to adhere to deadlines and be target focused
