Our client is currently looking for a Customer Account Manager, based within the Bromborough area.
Working within the flexible packaging sector in the food, medical and pharmaceutical supply chain. They are looking to strengthen their internal sales and customer services department.
The ideal candidates will have the following experience:
Working within a packaging, print or manufacturing environment
Liaising with a range of customers to provide the highest standards of customer service
Previous experience with managing a team
Processing orders
Managing stock and providing management with data and reports
Promotion of a wide range of products
Be the primary customer relations contact
Obtaining orders from new & existing customers, as well as payment management
Resolving all customer queries and managing expectations
You will be working within a fast moving, demanding environment. The ideal candidate will have to be comfortable with Excel and business systems (preferably Navision). Experience in flexible packaging would be desirable, although product and technical training will be given.
The client are also offering working from home flexibility, as well as
Salary and benefits:
GBP25,000 per annum.
Working Monday - Friday 08:45am - 17:00pm.
23 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
Home working opportunities / flexibility.
Possibility to develop to supervisory level.
Pension.
