My client is a specialist engineering firm based in Leicester, they specialise in control panels for special purpose machinery, this well established company has had a dramatic increase in production throughout 2022. They are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to cover some leave for 2 months starting ideally on the 8th August.

THE ROLE OF ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Process supplier invoices & credit notes.Supplier remittances to be sent out on a monthly basis.
Supplier remittances to be sent out on a monthly basis
Process customer invoices & credit notes
Overseas documentation to be processed in a timely manner
Undertake specific credit control duties as requested by Assistant Management Accountant
Answering phones and putting through calls - dealing with any voice messages that have been left.
Meet and greet visitors
THE RIGHT ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Basic knowledge of accounts would advantageous but not essential.
Commutable distance to Narborough
Experience of working within an office environment previously
