Your new company
Our global manufacturing client is recruiting a HR Coordinator to be based at their head office in Dover. You will be joining a local HR team of 5 other professionals and have the ability to work with a wider HR team.

Your new role
As a Talent and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

Supporting HR talent initiatives with high level of coordinator and capability
Creating learning content in the LMS
Provide administrative and project support within the HR team
Liaising across the business with key stakeholders
Contributing to the success of the HR function

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you must have experience within training coordination and recruitment admin. It s vital that you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of people.
