We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for our prestigious client in Redditch. You will be providing a front of house service as well as providing general admin support to HR and other areas as required.

Redditch - B98
GBP20,00 - GBP23,000 (dep on experience)
Working Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Are you an experienced Receptionist with good admin skills?

As Receptionist you will be:

Handling and transferring inbound calls as well as meeting and greeting visitors
Providing general Admin Support
Ordering supplies and stationary
Booking meeting rooms and diary management
Keeping track of staff holidays, absenteeism and which staff are working form home

The ideal candidate will be:

Well presented and professional with previous Receptionist experience
Have good all-round Admin and organisational skills
Possess excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone
