The role is for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with experience, that can manage their own caseload, there's no micro management and you have a large degree of autonomy specifically with the conveyancing team, there's no 'time record', as long as the clients are happy and everything adds up at the end, you will have achieved your

Each fee earner has secretarial support, after 3 month probation you will be entitled to the company benefits and once fully embedded you will have the option to work the odd day from home and base yourself out of your preferred office (Croydon or Caterham).

Salary: GBP40k+ dependent on experience
