• This exciting role is based in a most successful Estate Agency and requires a very well organised, efficient and professional individual to coordinate all admin-based duties for this incredibly busy department.

Lettings Administrator

• The successful candidate will have a solid background in lettings administration but must also be capable of interacting effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors, both orally and electronically.

Lettings Administrator

• You will require experience in this type of work, be organized, efficient and able to work at a quick pace and accurately.
• You will also need to be able to deal with landlords and tenants on a one to one basis with confidence and knowledge of the lettings laws.
• This job can be pressurized and so you will need to be able to work while maintaining an excellent customer service at all times.

• Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Remuneration: GBP18,000.
