The successful person will:

• Have previous experience of on farm sales (at least one year).
• Be target driven and self-motivated.
• Have a strong practical understanding of livestock, particularly cattle.
• Integrate well into a motivated team, working closely together to maximise growth in the business.
• Have an aptitude for sales and relationship management with clients.

Salary is dependent on experience with uncapped commission leading to high OTE.
