A client of mine who is a leading Housing Provider currently has a great opportunity for an Operations Manager within their Property Repairs Team in their East Region covering Hampshire/Berkshire and ideally be based within the Newbury Office.
Responsibilities
You'll provide line management and overall leadership to the operational services teams that are within the Empty Homes and Planned works teams therefore experience within this would be essential.
You'll take full responsibility for all business activity and service delivery including:
Customer satisfaction
Repair & service quality
Levels of productivity
Cost of service delivery
Financial return
Performance management
What you'll need
Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with knowledge and practical experience from within housing, property services or repairs and maintenance sector
Strong leadership skills ideally with experience of managing a direct labour workforce
A reputation for driving excellent customer service and a right first time service delivery
Ability to regularly review all aspects of service delivery to ensure resources are optimised and compliant in line with current regulations
Proven financial management skills to produce management information and financial information in line with budgets and cost accruals data
