Compliance Officer
Amour recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join one of Cardiff s leading training and learning providers as a Compliance Officer.
Do you have experience of working within a customer service environment? Do you have audit experience and excellent attention to detail?

Salary: GBP19,500 to GBP21,500 (dependent on experience)
Hours of work- Office based Monday-Friday 9-4.30- Central Cardiff location.
As a Compliance Officer your role will include-
Supporting the team to address any compliance issues with assessors/customers.
Routine analysis of reports and key data to identify and action plan for potential compliance risks.
Tracking identified areas of concern to completion.
Reporting trends of non-compliance to the managers.
Contributing to the review of internal compliance reports.
Our Ideal Candidate-
Will have experience within a customer service environment.
Have worked with quality (or similar) management systems.
Have a full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
Knowledge of business processes and management systems and business standards.
Have excellent organisation skills.
