At MSV Housing we’re on track to build 1,000 new homes over the next 6 years and are committed to providing housing with the customer at the heart of what we do. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Development Team for someone looking for their first or next opportunity in housing.
As a Development Assistant you’ll assist the Development Team with administrative duties, preparing documents and delivering services. You’ll arrange appointments, keep our systems accurately updated, administer tenant satisfaction surveys and service our Innovation Panel and other regular meetings.
You’ll be proactive in your approach with proven communication skills and outstanding customer service skills. You’ll use your excellent time management and planning skills to manage conflicting priorities and meet targets. You’ll have great ICT skills and the ability to use your high attention to detail to accurately update computerised and manual record keeping systems.
