Our client have two exciting new management opportunity within their Customer Experience Team! Are you passionate about delivering great customer experience with added value? If leading a team to achieve excellent standards of customer service is something that excites you, they would love to hear from you! They have one position available at their Pelham Road, Sherwood Rise site, and an additional vacancy at their Bulwell site.
The role would involve motivating and supporting the Customer Experience Team members to deliver KPI’s and achieve key objectives, ensuring excellent customer experience is always at the core. You will need to be proactive and ideally have people management experience within a contact centre environment.
You’ll promote a positive, inclusive culture that supports and reflects their values, bringing your experience of people managing to help bring out the best in their colleagues. The organisation is expanding and changing all the time, so someone who can hit the ground running and has experience of successfully implementing improvements to operational efficiencies and the overall customer experience is welcomed.
