Due to a period of growth and emergence of new markets, Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit Time Served Pipe Fitters for our client in the County Durham area. The role is recruiting Pipe Fitters on a permanent basis.
This is a very exciting opportunity and the organisation in question has a very healthy order book. To confirm these are permanent roles!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?
Working from drawings cutting, prepping and tacking up stainless steel sch 10 pipework for welders.
Working to engineering drawings
Working with both light to heavy fabrications
Ensuring quality workmanship
WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
Time served Pipe Fitter
Previous prepping, cutting and tacking experience
Previous Pipe Fitting Experience
WHAT ARE THE FINER DETAILS OF YOUR ROLE?
This is a permanent job from day one. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:15am -4:15pm and Friday 8:15am - 2:30pm. The role centres on a 37.5-hour week.
WHAT SALARY PACKAGE YOU WILL BE RECEIVING
The role pays GBP15 per hour. There is available overtime as per the needs of the business and it is paid at Time & 1/3 during the week and Time & Saturdays.
