Full time, 6 months FTC

Salary: GBP28,000 to GBP30,000 + Bonus

Role overview:

This is a chance to build great teams with the brightest talent to have a massive impact on schools and pupils. You ll be responsible for talent attraction activities, thinking outside of the box to source the best candidates and ensuring that we provide a consultative service to our internal stakeholders.

You ll ensure that you have a full understanding of the business requirements, proactively sourcing talent, managing applications, and make the right hires in a timely way.

Supporting the Tes brand externally, recruitment projects and striking the right balance between direct and agency hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in a direct sourcing model which attracts top talent to Tes through various attraction methods

Provide a great customer experience to both hiring managers and candidates

Using our ATS, Dayforce, to manage the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are offered in a timely and compliant manner

Ensure that all hiring activities are logged, ensuring accurate MI reporting

Use various job boards including social media to post adverts and proactively search candidates

Using a LinkedIn Recruiter License to search and talent pool candidates

Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager, hiring managers, and the rest of the HR team to understand the business and its resourcing needs

Advise on appropriate selection processes and develop these with recruiting managers

Provide support for senior searches

Support and promote the process for internal applications

Manage speculative applications in a professional way that allows for talent pool inclusion

Identify appropriate job fairs and career events for Tes to participate in, attend and managing the event

Build the company s professional network through relationships with external HR professionals, colleges, universities, and other partners

Manage agency relationships on behalf of the organisation

What will you need to succeed?

Proven work experience as a Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Consultant in-house or in an agency

Demonstrable experience in sales recruitment

Excellent Stakeholder Management Experience

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment and on-boarding

Ability to think outside of the normal routes to market when it comes to sourcing hard to fill roles

Experience with (phone, video, and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

Familiarity with social media and other professional networks and how they can be used for sourcing candidates

Excellent verbal and written communication

It would help if you have experience recruiting internationally (UAE or Hong Kong), but it s not essential
