HR Case Management Advisor (6 month contract)
Solihull
GBP15 per hour
Local organisation are seeking an experienced HR Case Management Advisor to join their team for an initial 8 month temporary role.
You will be delivering excellent customer service and key HR case management processes.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and delivering HR Case Management support, focused on the resolution of cases
Supporting the site s Operations team to meet strategic objectives (attendance, engagement etc)
Providing effective operational support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence
Supporting Line Managers to perform disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings up to and including dismissal and appeal
Making recommendations on appropriate case outcomes
Working with other departments to support data reporting
Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders in the wider HR community and the business to ensure that service and process objectives are delivered efficiently
Supporting process improvement projects for the Case Management team
Undertaking any other work as directed by Line Manager
To be successful in your application, you will have previous relevant experience in a similar role, and be able to work accurately and with close attention to detail. You will have effective organisation and coaching skills and be skilled at engaging and supporting managers. You will be available for work immediately or on short notice and be happy to commit to a minimum 8 month temporary role.
