Talent Acquisition Partner

I m seeking an immediately available Talent Acquisition Partner to support the delivery of a high profile project.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver qualified candidates into the client pipeline

• Manage candidates through the pipeline, ensuring full feedback is provided at all stages and that candidates are fully briefed and 'ready for client interviews

Manage candidates through the process using the ATS, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience by preparing prompt feedback and accurate updates

• Consult with the Account Director to fully understand the skills required for each position in order to effectively match qualified candidates

• Fully utilise all channels available to source suitable candidates, using Database Search and Boolean Search across multiple CV databases including CV Library, Indeed, Reed and LinkedIn

• Assess candidate applications against client criteria to identify and select the best talent

• Interview candidates against client criteria using pre-set interview questionnaires

• Coach and prepare candidates for client interviews

• Create 5 pieces of Social Media content per week to increase brand awareness, to include job posts, videos, engaging content, client/candidate feedback

Ideally you will have 3 years+ experience in a similar role, either agency or in-house, ideally recruiting internationally • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with talking to candidates at all levels• Highly competent in assessing and conducting candidate interviews • Passionate about recruitment, with a focus on candidate experience and a process improvement mindset • Ability to prioritise and manage a high workload and deliver under pressure • Previous experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems • Experience in utilising a variety of methods to source candidate including social media
