Our client is an established top tier firm with office in the Aylesbury area.

They are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team.

The department covers a range of commercial and civil litigation disputes involving;

• Business leases
• Personal injury
• Contract disputes
• Bankruptcy
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes

The firm s objective is to ensure a growing reputation and my client requires someone who has previous all-round experience of managing and advising clients, actioning court documents, instructing barristers and preparing clients for court appearances.
