Our Out of Hours team are looking for individuals with strong customer service to join the team

Role: Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor

Hours: Rota between 7am - 11pm. There will also be the occasional nightshift and 1 in 3 weekend work required

Location: Greenham, Thatcham (drivers license and your own transport necessary)

Flexible working available once fully trained

As our Out of Hour's Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of call for our residents, and will respond to Housing, Repair, Emergency and Alarm based queries and emergencies with a can-do approach, ensuring the customer experience is at the heart of every point of contact.

You will be part of a large team so plenty of training and support is at hand. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure the right service is delivered.

To be successful in this role you'll need to have:

• Excellent verbal communication,
• The ability to accept and effectively execute written and verbal instructions,
• High attention to detail,
• An ability to make effective resolutions under pressure,
• Strong written literacy

The successful candidate will need to be able to commit to a week of training in the office
