Manpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our national clients. We have an existing vacancy for a full time Customer Service Centre Operations Controller in Warwick.
The role will involve -
providing analytical data and recommendations
Analysis and implementation of both global and local changes
Control of specialist pricing tools
Adhoc and Regular mail merges to external customers
Liaise with external print companies to ensure deadlines are met
Production of business critical data analysis
User support, problem investigation and solving
System Access control and set up
Provision and analysis of Management and Customer information
Salesforce support via production of customer profile and Sales activity reporting
The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable and experienced in data handling with the ability to review and process data. They will have a good knowledge of excel and have the ability to problem solve and provide solutions. The previous use of powerBi would be advantageous.
The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.30pm.
This is an ongoing role and may become permanent in the future for the successful candidate.
