STARTING IN OCTOBER 2022General duties as a warehouse operative / parcel sorter:

Manual Handling- sorting parcels
Working in a team environment
Working in a safe manner
Working within a physically demanding environment
Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions
Have appropriate hand, eye and foot co-ordination to effectively use mechanical handling equipment
Working within cargo warehouse receiving inbound cargo and parcels, allocating to the correct warehouse location About you:

Successful candidates will need to provide a full 5-year history! (The 5 years do NOT need to have all been in the UK and you may NOT have been employed during the 5 years and this is ok, we can obtain references from employment, education, and unemployed periods)

In line with CAA regulations, you will be required to undergo the following prior to commencing work:

HMRC letter (contact HMRC on (phone number removed) to get your five-year employment history)

Basic UK criminal record check

An overseas criminal record check will be required for any period of over 6 months in countries outside the UK

Full 5-year employment history contact details (email or contact numbers)

5-year postal address history

Aviation security training (Level D)

Staffing Match will obtain all references, you do NOT need to have been working for the whole 5 years, it can also include unemployment / travelling / education periods etc we just need proof of what you have been doing for the last 5 years and addresses that you have been living at.
